A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required online to lock in your appointment slot and is deducted from your final cost. Mobile collection is a time- and travel-committed service; no-shows and family disputes that escalate before arrival result in lost scheduling and dispatch costs. The deposit protects your reserved time and is applied directly to your balance at completion.
Same lab quality, but with no verified chain of custody or ID documentation — so results are for personal knowledge only and cannot be used in court. Common uses: personal paternity curiosity, family genealogy confirmation, adoptee reunions, pre-litigation screening, or non-disputed estate curiosity. If a legal matter is pending or may arise, choose the Legal Paternity or Complex Kinship tier instead.

Applies to collections expanding beyond primary metro hubs into secondary outer boundaries (e.g., Anderson, SC; Greenwood, SC; Statesville, NC).
Applies to deep mountain/rural transit extending significantly past the WNC baseline (e.g., Boone, NC; Murphy, NC).
Per additional child, alleged father, or relative added to any standard legal or non-legal testing kit.
Flat professional rate if a collector is required to appear in an NC/SC court to verify chain of custody. Enforces a strict 3-hour minimum retainer ($450.00).
